Worst Experience I ever had, Issue is not yet resolved

Okay, I have long awaited to give a good review. Yet, the company didn't keep up their standards. I had return journey confirmed with CheapFareGuru on Feb 17th 3:30 AM from Hyderabad, India to Phoenix, US with confirmation no:1711160218. The first flight was Hyderabad to Bengaluru, Air India, for which there was no confirmation. This was brought to the customer care on the first week of Feb to fix it. They had said, this was confirmed and given with a confirmation no: HDGKP. When I tried to check in the flight online on Feb 16th, Air India website didn't search for the above itinerary. I again informed the same to the CheapFareGuru Support people and they made me wait on the call for almost 2 hrs. and gave me another confirmation no which was also not correct as per the AirIndia. I told the issue again and they informed me that I should reach the airport and the Air India would give me the boarding passes. I agreed and reached the airport 4 hrs. before the departure for safety. When I went to the Air India counter for boarding passes, they said the tickets were cancelled and advised me to contact the travel agent. I again tried to contact customer care. This time they took almost 1 hr. to respond and another hour to resolve the issue and finally came up with a solution saying I need to go the AirIndia counter and buy tickets by myself to Bengaluru as there was very little time left for me to board (it was already 2:15 am IST and flight was at 3:30 am IST) and we will miss the connecting flight for Bengaluru to London. I agreed as I had no other option. When contacted Air India counter, they informed me that all tickets were sold out. So I had no other option, except returning back to house from airport. I again contacted customer care around 4 am IST 17th Feb this time it took again 45 min to respond, and they informed me that they will confirm the tickets for Feb 19th and I agreed. They said they will send the itinerary to my email. When I woke up in the morning around 10 am and checked my email. There was no itinerary sent to my email about the ticket. I contacted again via chat this time, and they informed me saying that they are resolving the case and had sent a request to airlines and waiting for their response. After 5 min chat go disconnected saying “We are not available online, Please check us back later.” No communication was made to me after about the confirmation. I called again the customer care stating the issue. Now they said the same thing previously stated by the chat associate saying that they have sent a request to airlines and waiting for the response and they will confirm the tickets by 9:00 pm IST 17th Feb ( 8:00 AM PST). I checked my email again at 9:00 pm and there was no communication from the customer care. I tried to contact them via chat again and the chat associate said, the concerned staff are not available yet and check back with them after 2 hrs. Totally a *** and nobody takes responsibility. No proper communication, pathetic customer service. Even you have a flight in the next hour, you still need to stay on hold for hours to contact people here. Please avoid these cheap companies to book you trips. They may give you a better price, but you end up in trouble and may not be able to make your trip as planned, loose a lot of money and ruin your whole trip. Not sure how they got so many good reviews.
