Worst experience ever on a booking site

I had booked my ticket but as there was a lock down the I had to reschedule my flight the first time and paid the extra amount which i paid. Due to the continuous cycle of lockdown the rescheduled flight did not fly and since then I am chatting with ease my trip though whats app for hours. One of the customer care people sent me a screen shot in whats app telling me that the flight had been rescheduled for 15th June. I was happy and today when I checked it there was no go air flight for that date. I had to rebook the ticket for 22nd June. Now I want my money back and they are asking me to contact the airlines. This is a ridiculous way to hares the customer as the IVR for go air is not taking me any where. Then ease my trip promised a call back which never happened. User's recommendation: do not book using ease my trip. They give you discount of may be 100 rs but they take away your peace.
