I bought tickets for park güell two hours before the tour and expected a confirmation with the tickets which was never received. After talking to the customer service they told me the first time that I will receive them in 15 minutes. I waited and once again I didn't receive anything. Contacting the customer service again, I found out that no reservation for that hour has been made. I requested a refund and until now they refuse the sent me the bank statement with the details because me bank says that no refund has been made with the reference number provided by them. The refund was suppose to be made in 2 7 days and 2 weeks have passed. I wouldn't recomand them to anybody and I intend to pursue the issue as further as it can get because they are scamming people.
