WORST EVER…..

I placed an order for my MIL Birthday and Mothers Day; much to my dismay they were never delivered. When I contacted them they said they needed an additional $30 for delivery....how would I like to proceed. I called and asked them why I was not notified and eventually they hung up on me. WORST EVER!!! I hate being taken advantage of.
