Worst customer support ever! Lies and deceitful sales reps.

We were told we would get free paper refills for machine. Customer support didnt have any info on that. Then card machine started rebooring multiple times each day and became unusable!! Backed up my cashiers, customers waiting while stupid machine reboots. Talked to several reps at customer support, they dont follow through with any commitments!!!. Was advised i would be charged $495 EARLY CANCELLATION FEE. Even when their product doesnt work. I advised them that i will hit social media and if they still insist on charging the fee i will file civil suit!!! And I will!!!!!! They lie when they sign you up stating they have best customer support and they ar ed better than Square. Dont believe any of it!!!!!!
