Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Ordered a ulefone ip68. Tried to cancel order following day as I realised it wasn't the right phone. Their website is more than useless when trying to contact them but eventually did. Several days later received an email from 'Beverly' asking why I wanted to cancel order so replied via their ticket system explaining again the reasons why. Several days later another email from Beverly stating it was too late to cancel as order had been shipped. Decided to keep the phone, after reading horror stories about trying to get refunds, only to find it was a reconditioned phone that had no charger in the box. Contacted customer services again, pointing out there was no charger, had a unusually prompt reply full of apologies and explaining one would be shipped out straight away. Week later nothing! Went and bought charger only to find phone will not charge so bought another charger, just in case, still will not charge. Back to customer services explaining problem, week later still waiting for response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!
