Worst Customer Service in the History of Business
To whom it may concern, Do you have any idea on how poor your customer service is? Do you have any idea how limited and stupid and useless and vindictive your "chat agents are?" I have been a customer for 2 years. I paid to start, renewed last year and paid my renewal again in March. So that is three term payments. Since March I have not been able to access my service. ROKU solved my change of email in 30 seconds and then I had to go back to DAZN to finalize the process. I sent them all the info they asked for and then they ignored me for days. Because of their stupidity--specifically agents Leonardo and Ricardo--I have missed the Champions League Final. As of yesterday at 9pm I am officially on a hunger strike until I have justice. If I die, I hope my estate can successfully sue DAZN for wrongful death. That is how dissatisfied I am with your garbage customer service. I know I won't hear from you because 6 attempts to reach a manager have all been ignored. DAZN is something special. Sincerely, Someone who is dying of hunger
