Worst customer service ever – total lack of communication between stores and headquarters

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! I had the worst experience with them after an error on their part and without my permission they attempted to charge my bank account for the music instrument after i had already returned it. Now they have sent me to a collection agency to mess up my credit. There is no communication between the stores and the headquarters.
