Worst customer service ever do not order from them

I placed an order Jan 4 and received notification it would be received Jan 6. When I called because I didn’t get it, I was told a supply chain issue, implying it was COVID related. Was told to wait for 2 weeks and then call back if not received. Had the rep actually checked where my package was, she would have seen it went from Ontario to Ohio. Then I was told the shipping address at the time of order was wrong. They printed the wrong label as my order showed the correct address. On Jan 17 they set up a trace with Fedex. On Jan 18 the status of my order showed it was delivered to a location in Ohio. When I called lululemon support again, they said they had to finish the trace and attempt to get it back. Now I’m supposed to accept a likely used product even they get it. It is now Jan 21, the day the trace team is supposed to call me and no call received. I can’t get a refund or cancel the order since they are tracing it. Not sure what they are tracing since I can see what happened. They have no escalation process and obviously do lot keep their word. My credit card has been charged and no product, no refund, no replacement, nothing.
