Worst Customer Service After Sale

Printer seemed to install just fine - used existing HP software/account. Couldn't get it to print and then suddenly it did - but cannot figure out how/why. Customer support model is avoidance Terrible. Cannot be stuck with that. Printer goes back - as soon as I can get through the dense site and customer service to initiate return. User's recommendation: Avoid if you ever expect to need human customer service.
