Worst cruise ever!!!

I have taken 12 cruises and this was my first with Costa and my last. The worst cruise every. Very unfriendly, no one speaks English, worst service, worst food, couldn't even get my steward to understand that we want ice in our bucket everyday. Had to leave notes requesting ice for our bucket or it remained empty. Nine family members went over the Christmas Holiday and we couldn't even sit together in the dining room because they messed up our seating arrangement. We even had to pay for private Christmas Eve dinner so we could sit together and the food was horrible. The food was not cooked properly and it was cold. We sent it back. How can a cruise line not have butter???? We had to beg and search for butter! What Italian cruise line doesn't have ice cream or gelato???? Really???? The chicken parmesan was a boneless piece of chicken that tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved 3 times and covered with a sauce that tasted like it came from the can of Chef Boyardee. Actually Chef Boyardee tasted much better. To top it off there was absolutely no cheese on it!! Really??? The entertainment was pathetic as well. Whoever planned it forgot that there are elderly people on board. First night was with a tribute band of the Bee Gees. Yes, the younger crowd who knew the Bee Gees enjoyed it. However, the elderly crowd all left leaving the theater half empty!!! The same accord two nights later with similar entertainment. My whole family was so upset over the entire cruise that we actually became upset with each other.!!! Horrible Christmas Holiday!!! Never again will I use Costa. I'm going back to Princess, Celebrity or Royal Caribbean!
