Survival Life is the worst company I've ever placed an order with in my entire life. I placed an order on December 14th and to this day my order is still on backorder and every time I call to inquire I get the same Asian girl with the same attitude with the same excuses with the same lies. I have never seen one particular item on backorder like I have with this company. It makes no sense, and when I asked for the manufacturer is so that I can inquire through them the customer service Asian attitude girl tells me she does not know who manufactures the product. So in conclusion I still haven't received my order nor do I know when it will ever ever ever arrive please whatever you do do not purchase from Survival Life. They *** suck!
