Worst company ever
*SOLVED

At the end of April 2017 I began discussing A new Mortgage with Julie Dorsey who assured me that she could help us. Throughout the month of May various things were discussed. She said that before I could get final approval I needed to remove the disputes that existed on my credit report. I immediately remedied the situation through the credit reporting agencies. She also ordered an appraisal and a foundation certificate survey. The foundation certificate would not be approved until we had new skirting installed around the entire home. I was assured that this cost would come out at closing and that I did not have to pay anything up front. I found a contractor that agreed to wait for closing to get paid and he proceeded with the work by permission of Julie Dorsey and Cherise Olivieri. Total cost ended up being $3400.00. Mike Thomas has still not been paid and here we are 2 months later. In the beginning of June I was informed of Julie no longer works with the company. Cherise began making inquiries regarding financial issues. I was then contacted by Randy who said he was now my loan officer and he began to cover the details of the mortgage with me. He sent me some documents to sign via email which we did. Once again he began to inquire about some financial issues including my husbands retirement. He said he needed to show more assets in order to get the loan approved. We were under the impression and have been told that the loan had already been approved by Julie and Cherise. After a lot of back-and-forth with them for several weeks I was notified that upper management had taken over the loan and I was now working with Kirkland Lazarus. This has now been going on since the first part of July. About three weeks ago he instructed me to go ahead and purchase the flood insurance and that he would approve the loan and arrange for closing. On July 26 I was told that a notary would be coming to my house that night. That did not happen and was told it was because we have not been given a customer disclosure. I was to receive that the very next day and now over two weeks later still have not received it. My calls and emails have been largely ignored. Kirkland called me by mistake on August 7 and when he realized it was me and not the person he had called he proceeded to tell me that I would be receiving the disclosure that day and we could close three days later. I still have not received that disclosure and he does not reply to my emails or calls. It has been proven to me time and again that I have been misled and strung along by each and every one of the loan officers that have been involved. My largest concern is that the bill in the amount of $3400 has not been paid to the contractor that did the new skirting around our house. Two months of gone by and he has not received his payment. I am unclear if the other payments have been made fir other services rendered. We personally paid for the flood elevation certificate and the flood insurance totaling $600. All other costs were to come out at closing. I do not feel that this contractor that did the skirting should have to continue to work on his money because they learn officer is dragging his feet.
