I bought a new car 6 weeks ago and immediately requested car track to remove the old unit to install it in my new car. They were unable to locate it and an agreement and payment of R1600 was made to install the new units. For the last 6 weeks I have been calling begging asking for the installation but the other end does not know what the other is doing. I have spent over R1000 calling. For a new fitment. The new insurance is putting me under pressure for a certificate. I have to drive from work at night alone after work afraid for loosing my car. Im afraid to drive anywhere as I live in a high crime area. I want to cancel my contract mmediately with no penalties as I have tried all I can to stay with the company. I can no longer risk my car and my safety. I'm a bread winner to 10 people and should I get hijacked my family would like to be able to find me. You have put me at risk.
