James - what a dealer or wheeler. He sold us on a "GREAT" product and fast professional service BUT that is anything but what we got. We have tried contacting them over and over but they will not call us back. OH when they wanted money they were at our doorsteps BUT when we are telling them they need to fix their MESS they are not where to be found. We even got an independent inspector to come and look at the roof and in 30 years of work he has NEVER seen such a mess. It has to be completely redone. They used OLD shingles, that did not even match the color that we asked for, nothing lines up, there are nails showing... All I can say is DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! You will be taken. They have a number of names & companies that they go by Designer Roofs, Alberta Roofing and even Joe the Roofer from what we can understand. PLEASE they lie and they do not give any customer service.
