Worse sevice ever

I went to Dunkin to get my coffee I always get. The person on the speaker acted like he did not know how to use it. After a few minutes of him playing on the speaker I pulled up to the window to see the employees in there running around playing. After 5min someone came to the window and took my order. I then waited 15min for my 1 large coolata and 1 large sweet tea. Worse service ever. To
