Worse digital bell and no customer service

Dear Chris/ Mike Sadly, i got a bad experience with your sky bell classic. we did not install till Christmas that is when we decided to switch to it since our old one mechanical was working fine with no issue for over 24yrs and this did not last one yr. Not a good product and customer service and on top of you guys do not provide repairs. I have requested my tech guy to come and give me a real reading against wishes of spouse. you should not sell a product if it is non repairable. you should add into your purchase and warranty that you do not have any service available once it gets defective and total life is only 1yr. User's recommendation: Don't waste your money on sky bell classic.
