Worse Car Buying Experience Ever!

I started the purchase of a 2016 Fiat 500X on June 7th which was finalized on June 10th with an initial pick update of June 18th which was a graduation gift for my daughter. June 15th the delays began, with every reschedule there was a delay of delivery. After about the fifth delay a representative finally told the truth, there wasnt a transportation delay however the real issue was Carvana was unable to locate the car, once they located it on the lot, they couldnt locate the title. It took approximately 38 days for me to receive the car. On my last inquiry to see when the car would be delivered, I wanted to cancel but the representative told me, if I have it delivered to my house it would arrive in a matter of days because there was a loophole which allowed them to avoid having the title to deliver the car. I was never given this option prior and after over a month wait. All this couldve been avoided if the car was delivered to my home instead of being picked up at the vending machine. The Fiat broke down twice during the 7day trial. I called Carvana and was told they couldnt locate a place to fix the car and was confused about where it could be towed to. I was offered a Pep Boys but Carvana said they made a mistake and couldnt determine where the car should go. I was left to figure it out on my own despite the highly advertised protection plan I paid for. The car stopped in reverse backing out of a parking spot and wouldnt start and was left in reverse gear. The car had to be jumped and the battery was replaced (at my expense). I was told by a representative that I would be compensated at $25/day for the first 15 days, after multiple calls and delays I was assured the rate would be $40/day and payment issued on day eight if I kept the car. Today I called well after the 7 day trial and was told Id be issued a check for $625 for a total of 38 days. Unbelievable! I was told by Sam today that checks take approximately 30 days to be issued and then theres a delay for processing for mailing. My complaint, is that Carvana lied repeatedly about the delivery of the car, misrepresented its business of no hassel car buying experience, lied about compensating me for the delay of the car and still hasnt sent payment. Carvana ran a credit report on me June 7th and a second one on July 10th because they messed up and caused my credit FICO score to decrease for the second inquiry. I tired today to have the initial inquiry removed and was told to dispute it with credit reporting agencies. This was the worse car buying experience ever! I would like to be compensated as promised at $40/day for everyday delayed, I would like to be refunded for the protection plan that didnt work when I needed it well within the protection period. And I would like one of the credit inquiries removed from my credit profile. This is actually my second car purchase from Carvana. The first wasnt so great, however I tired to give Carvana the benefit of a couple of hiccups but this Fiat purchase was the absolute worse. I think Carvana really needs to do right by me. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware, for real!
