Hello hard working employees out there, Im not sure if you or a love one. Had been affected by the laws that protect big businesses. Or any business to where an employee gets injured on the job. Employers are not held liable, you cant sue them for negligence. And theres a slim chance you can prove intent. Also MIOSHA plays a role in this also. Letting companies slack, to where theyre using faulty equipment. Or I have several issues I would like the world to know. Companies have even used COVID-19 to there advantage by laying off employees. And not calling them back. User's recommendation: Protect your employees.
