Work performed on my 2013 Hyundai Genesis

Update by user Oct 29, 2020 The manager had no words for why the car was not test driven after service and pulling car off lift. No excuse. They put me and my wife safety at risk by not test driving car after having car on lift. Original review posted by user Oct 29, 2020 Dropped off my 2013 Hyundai genesis this past Tuesday, October 27th to the North Charleston Firestone for a brake line cleaning, and coolant replacement, and a tune up with spark plugs. Came to pick up last night on Wednesday after work. Car rode fine to their location on Tuesday evening. When the wife drove less than two miles down road to meet me at O'Charley's Restaurant for dinner, she complained of a knocking noise when applying the brakes. Had to have towed from there to home within 10 miles of location after I drove it in parking lot. Took to Hyundai dealership only to be told that three bolts were missing on back left rear brake rotor, and that rotors were shot. Tech at Hyundai said looked like someone hit the rotor with a hammer head due to new looking indention. Call Firestone only to ask them, did they even test drive the car after the work to make sure there was no odd sounds or other issues. Allan at location, said tech admitted he did not test drive after work. My question, what would have happened if that cause my wife to wreck or damage car more. Did not have the sound coming from applying the brakes when I dropped it off, so why would they not test drive to make sure the car was okay for driving. Real learning lesson here, now I am now out of $200 plus dollars. This is the same amount that Firestone was saving me for a tune up. Now I have a bill for new rotors and brakes and missing bolts to be replaced for over $500. I want a response from this corporate office. I have proof of the damage, and have asked the tech at Hyundai dealership to save all the damaged parts for proof of negligence. I can be reached at 843607**** as soon as possible to discuss this issue and how to remedy it.
