I checked into ta Dallas at 13:20 on 10/19 to get two super singles drives replaced, now i understand they were busy so waiting wasn't issue. So ab 1500 was called to bay, unfortunately road calls hit causing longer wait, no biggie i understand. Now at 1930 was started explaining to mechanics what exactly i wanted done, then went took shower about 45 minutes later come back, there installed trailer tires on my drives,called my breakdown cause was told my shop approved. This was absolutely not true, Michelin xone energy is what i use, well after 6.5 hours waiting was told we don't have, nobody checked before starting, then tried lying. Welk after throwing fit they found two in Denton, tx ta and i had to wait even longer, now by time i was done was 2330 when i received invoice. When i questioned mechanic he stated it's my last day i leave at midnight, i drug it out, he stated he was quiting. 10 hours for two drives and nobody could tell me if i was being charged for transporting tires to Dallas, as we use Michelin account, this is totally unnecessary, unprofessional.
