I carried my car to Mavis on Sunday. I had a nail in my right rear tire. And asked that they rotate tires. When I woke up Monday tire was flat. Carried back to Mavis today. Tire was not repaired and tires was not rotated still. When I picked up car I asked if tires were rotated. Manager told me yes. I asked her to step out and let me show her something. I had put a dot on my right back tire to see if tires were rotated and low and behold they were not. I have used this location over 10 years and very disappointed with services I received today. I just took my car and seriously thinking about not going back about not going back. User's recommendation: Just make sure you receive the services you’re expecting.
