WordPerfect Office Standard 2021 will not install on Windows 10 laptop

Purchased an electronic download of this software. Have used WordPerfect for decades and never had problems installing it. I have now spent nearly 10 hours trying to get it to install. Had online "help" to help me through the process. No good. Got transferred to a professional online assistant from India (terrible tackling phone line). No use. User's recommendation: Do not buy electronic download of WordPerfect Office.
