My account became delinquent. Ollo would no longer accept online payments from my checking account. But it would take an over the phone payment from my debit card from that same checking account to bring my account current. Now they will not accept a current payment from that same debit card. Instead they suggest I ask a friend to loan me their debit card to make current payments. So they take a payment from my card when I am delinquent, but will not take a payment from that same card when current????? User's recommendation: Go with a different company.
