I ordered a hard, double-sided glasses case and I loved it - for a short time. The spring broke and now the side just hangs open. Called customer service to see if they took pride in their products and would issue an exchange or refund. First phone call - disconnected by the automated system. Second phone call - the CSR sounded like he was under water and when I told him I could barely hear him, he hung up on me. THIRD PHONE CALL - CSR was par for the course with this company. Overall, my only good experience with Mark and Graham was the short time my product worked properly. After that, I am completely unimpressed by this company, and after reading so many bad reviews, I would advise to spend your money elsewhere.
