Bid on a property and won on auction.com. After not hearing from auction.com in 72 hours contacted them. They said I was not the winner after all, regardless of what website told me. Also stated, that someone placed a bid for $53, 500 and then I placed the same one fro $53, 000 after, so I did not win . Website does not allow bidding at the same price (duh, auction!) and gives extra 2 minutes when someone outbids you. My bid was the last one placed! Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but that won't get me the house I want. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.
