Vizio refused to honor warranty on m series brand new 55 tv. After telling me twice that a new tv was on the way they reneged . They said that reciept was not from authorized agent (retailer) so they would not be fixing what is the most common vizio problem. Failed pixel vertical line in tv. Vizio has turned to .! No more money from me ! User's recommendation: Steer clear of vizio bogus products and bogus warranty!
