When placing my order I tried to update my address and the website didnt save my new address, so my order was delivered to wrong address someone signed my name and vape element refuses to give me my money back or redo the order and send it to the right address. They pretty much told me I was out 80.00 which is not right at all. I will never order from them again, terrible service. User's recommendation: Don’t order from them.
