My package was out for delivery then returned to their warehouse ... I called and was told it was due to winter weather. WTF?? It was already out for delivery -or so your website said. This is Canada. We have winter. You are a delivery service. Can't drive in winter? go work somewhere else. I am so sick of this company doing a terrible job at what they claim they do well. And I have no choice but to put up with it!!! I will escalate this to amazon and demand they not send my packages via your crap company.
