Slum Lords! I wish I would have read reviews before renting from Pathlight. I dont even know how what they do is legal! Pay a premium rent for subpar or no service. They try and band aid everything or wont fix things at all. We were told certain things would be cleaned up and fixed before move in and those items have not been resolved in 1.5 years! They are awful! No care about tenants and feels like a complete scam. User's recommendation: Do not rent from this company.
