I ordered 3 of the subject picture. I sent one to my son in the state of California. It will not light up after inserting batteries in. You should have that order in your database since I am making monthly payments on them with my debit card. Can he send that on in and get a replacement that works? You can send it directly to him. There should not be a charge for this. Correct? Let me know so I can give him your address to return the product and I can send you his address for a replacement.
