I am an OAP and asked my son for help in sorting out payments from my bank account. He asked about the amount for 10pounds that has been leaving my account since 2018! [protected] I believe it had something to do with a train voucher but I did not know it would be monthly. I would like a refund please as I did not agree to this amount and I cannot believe I have not had any service as such. Thankyou Carol McCarthy
