To whom it may concern, I have apparently signed up to your service through an Iceland purchase. I have no recollection of it, I haven't set up a direct debit or handed over any banking details to your company. Yet you take £15 a month from me for the last 4 months. You haven't saved me a bean and the whole sign up is extremely shady. This is a total scam, sadly seems to be low income families that you steal money from monthly. This is clearly a case for trading and advertising standards. Show me where you have saved me any money for a service I never asked for? It's scandalous, you are a shameful outfit. David Harwood
