I have sent a withdrawl claim april, 22 2014 and it is still not processed. They have lied to me telling me it is a lot of problems with backlog, third party payment processors and internal issues. The company said they only pay customers with checks but my check is not processed, it is now 3 months and i have not got a honest answer. They claim that withdrawls are 3 - 5 weeks most of the time sooner. However i have been waiting 3 months for my money and they refused to pay me. . .
