Withdrawal amount not dispense but deducted from my account

I am Ruel Lenguaje having a savings account opened in BPI Tabunok Talisay, Cebu. Last May 14, 2021 at around 9:31 in the evening, I've made a withdrawal transaction from my account using the ATM machine of Metrobank Talibon Bohol branch. The withdrawn amount of Php 5, 200 that I transacted were not dispense but was deducted from my account. On May 17, 2021 I immediately report to Metrobank to file a complaint regarding the incident. This is the reference # 1720302 of my complaints to Metrobank.
