Wish you’d listen

I've been telling you for months I need my card replaced due to a stolen wallet! Nobody will listen to me! I can not use my phone right now all I have is email or messenger. I've provided all info that was asked of me, still no results! Why does this have to be so hard???? Just send a new card to my address on file please for God sakes! User's recommendation: Don't do business with them unless you love being pissed off.
