My internet connection stopped working and I took my device to the Verizon store to get it checked out. They said they had no computer to hook it to and test it. No computer with a USB port??? I had to drive home and call tech support. Stayed on the phone over 1/2 hour and never got to speak to a person. Finally pulled my SIM card, reinserted it, and it started working. User's recommendation: Don't expect help from Verizon. Go with anybody else!!!
