I would absolutely turn every service I have with At&t off no matter how many years I have been with them. To say they are incompetent and just don't care is an understatement and if I could switch to another company I would do it in a second. It's a long story but I will try and make it short. They screwed up my wireless when I went in for an upgrade. The customer service on the phone tells me one thing and then send me to the store to relay the message to which the store contradicts their own employees. They are the same company but you have to call each one separately like one for wireless and another for internet. They can't communicate amongst themselves????? The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing so every different number I call is like 50 first dates and I have to start all over again. I am actively looking for alternative service. The incompetence is like nothing I have ever dealt with. They aren't interested in helping but would rather argue and try to prove they are right. WILL NEVER use them again and can't get away from them soon enough!!!

If you are actual Representative of AT&T you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
