Wine Glass Replacement etc.

I ordered two sets of two wine glasses: Order #323615 dtd. 12/10/2020 and 322314 dtd 12/16/2020. Question # 1: Why if both orders were for the same glass was one $91.49 and the other $74.90? Question #2: One of the glasses from order #322314 broke and I submitted a claim for a replacement. After waiting for some time to elapse, I contacted Wine Enthusiast and was told "the ticket was closed." As I have not received the replacement glass, how can the ticket be closed? Question #3. Why is the payment for order #323615 in the amount of $91.49 listed as pending? The payment was to be from the same account as order #322314, which cleared my credit card?
