WINDSTREAM HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS

Horrible, horrible customer service. When talking to a supervisor, after waiting 30 minutes to be connected, we got cut off and the supervisor lied saying he tried to call us back and no one picked up...we had the phone next to us waiting for a call. We have been trying to get our internet to work correctly for months! We pay for a certain speed and have not received it! We have a child that does virtual learning. The connection is soooo slow! If you have a choice, go with a better carrier. Do your homework. User's recommendation: Don't, just don't.
