I have purchased 21 windows recently. Ordered several because not in stock. I convinced my husband to use HD not Lowe's. It has been a nightmare. Several have come in broken or incorrect ones. With this many we gave the correct order numbers. And then when they finally come in the are wrong. Always takes forever if they. Am he found at store when thru come in. Still do not have all the Windows. More came in broken. We travel back and forth 2 hours away pulling a trailer. Keep having to go back due to errors. Plus my house is half finished!!
