I bought a new computer with Windows 10 installed, that cannot be activated. May 3, 2018 I purchased Windows 10 Home. This serial number does not work. I spent several hours with Kevin Bart. Microsoft Community. He gave me several different fixes, none of them fixed my problem. I decided to install the hard drive from my old computer, the Windows 10 was activated, into my new one but I am having the same problem. It will not let me use my purchased product key, it keep suggesting that I go to Microsoft store and purchase a new product key. Is Microsoft in financial trouble.
