Window panel broke at master bedroom

My area is having HIP(Blk 170 yishun ave 7 04-873},on 28-08-2019 they doing the drilling outside my kitchen and some stone hit 1 of my window panel and its broke They came to my house on the 29-8-19,inform us that they will come back on friday to fix the thing but they say the Glass a bit long so the person inform coma back on Sat 31-8-19, Sat nobody came to fix the thing and today the on 2-9-19 again nobody call us regarding Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd its already 6 day
