I was searching for flights to Taipei to visit my father. Somehow Travel one popped in onto my screen. I ended up using them for our family flights to and from Taipei/Chicago. While booking the flights, my husband and I got on the phone with their agents specifically requesting them to get aisle seats for two of four family members and two next to them. They said it was not a problem but will cost us extra. We agreed to it seeing that it is a 15 hours flight one way. We got our flight itinerary and saw the seats were assigned to/from Taipei. I trusted them since we emphasized the seating arrangements so much and I hence did not think about double checking the seatings. As it turned out, we were assigned middle and window seats for two rows one after the other to and from Taipei. I was so disappointed that I promised my family members that I will nevet do business with Travel One ever again and also let peopke know that they have mislead us and it was highly unethical business conduct.
