Will not reply to emails

I emailed them on June 17 about a motor they had. I was told they were sold out but would be getting more in. I could order one now and they would ship it when it came in. I needed some parts for the motor but they wouldn't cost enough for free shipping so I wanted to wait to get the parts until the motor came in to get free shipping. I sent a second email on July 1 to ask if they have come in. As of July 17, I have received no reply. Now I can understand why the BBB gives them a D- . I tried to call customer service but there wasn't an appropriate option on their automated phone system. I tried to email customer service and don't get a reply. If this is how they treat a customer trying to buy a boat motor, how would they be for one having trouble with an order? All I was asking for was "yes, they are in" or "no, they have not come in yet".
