I bought my car and gave blackout dates to Vroom. That was a battle of complete lack of communication. Finally they acknowledged the blackout dates but still managed to screw that up for three days. Then they decide to send my title paperwork via Fedex signature required during my blackout dates. If I am not available to sign for a car, I am not available to sign for a Fedex package either. Now I can't get them to acknowledge that they need to send this package back to me. Seriously, put a new sticker on it and have Fedex pick it up. Not hat difficult of a process, unless you employ [censored]s.
