Will not honour a written agreement/contract

On 21 Jan 2021 - I contacted Shaw Customer Support to renew my Value 2 yr plan. I agreed to a monthly $119.00(+tax) payment. By end Feb I noticed I was paying instead $238/month for this service. Spent over 4 hours with Shaw Customer Service trying to resolve this issue. Apparently, the original agent did not upload my agreed new contract to my account &;; the promo code for this value 2 yr plan expired 28 Jan 2021. There was no way now that they could honour the $119(+tax) payment. The best they could do is offer ia $160 (+tax) monthly contract. Oh yes, I also had to take a lesser cable package & lose several channels that I enjoy. Extremely upset with Shaw - I find it hard to believe no one had the ability to honour my original contract.
