will not fix mistake on dress

I ordered a dress with specific instructions and measurements. I got the dress which did not fit. I even ordered the dress in a bigger size thinking i would rather have to taken in than for it to be to small and not be able t take it out. The dress is tight across the shoulders and under the arms. There is no room to take out the seam so it can not be altered to fit. I contacted the company by email not other way to communicate but email and wait 24 hrs for a response back. They told me to take it and have it altered. I replied I did and it can not be altered. The next response was to try and sell the dress or give it to someone who it will fit! They will not let me return it for another dress nor did they offer to correct the mistake! NEVER EVER ORDER FRO FABVOGUE DRESS Here is the response from them...totally unacceptable! Dear customer, If it can't be altered to fit you, maybe you can sell it to others locally or just give it to others who suit for. We would like to offer you 10% discount for you if you have new order. Thank you very much .
