I placed an order (my third order) on March 2, 2021. Four weeks later I get an email asking did I receive my order? I replied NO. Got another email a week later saying mail is delayed because of covid. Of course they wouldn't say delayed because of their incompetence. Today is April 24, 52 days after I placed my order, still no delivery. Wonder what their excuse is this time? I have placed orders with other catalog companies and received my order within a week each time. Does covid only affect Collections Etc? DO NOT BUY FROM COLLECTIONS ETC. I would choose zero stars for my rating, but must choose at least one. User's recommendation: stay away.
