Wierd estimated delivery time on Amazon

I had ordered a laptop from Appario Pvt Ltd using Amazon on 26 July and I was given an estimated time of Aug 21-Aug 29. But Today on Amazon I see the same Product listed as being available and if I order it today it will be delivered to me within 9 Aug. I don't understand what is happening if you have the stock shouldn't you be logically sending the product to those who paid first. What is happening can you explain? Also what should I cancel my old order and place a new one suggest me something logical. My amazon order Id was ORDER # 402-963****-0640366.
